All new customers are required to pay a deposit of £20 to secure their appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours notice or do not attend your grooming appointment, you will incur a charge.
Customers are encouraged to pay by bank transfer or on the website prior to their appointment.
At The Grooming Shed, I am focused on providing professional dog grooming services on the Isle of Wight for all breeds of dog, from small to large and anything else in between.
I currently hold a City and Guilds Level 3, however I am constantly updating my skills and regularly attend seminars.
It brings me a great deal of satisfaction and I pride myself on ensuring that each dog is brought into a calm environment that minimises stress for them. For me, safety of the dog is paramount.
I provide advice and a free pre-consultation- whether you’re after just a nail trim or a complete groom, no job is too big or too small. Included in a full groom is bathing, drying, clipping and styling, and nails.
There is plenty of free parking available near the salon, on the road opposite for 1 hour, in the smithy until 5pm and you are able to walk up the back avoiding taking your dogs on the road, or if very quickly directly outside the shop.
